Once you call in, you can expect for us to ask a few questions like: "how long has this been leaking?" - "is the property a single story?" - "Where is the property located?"

Once we get through the basics, we can discuss a time and day to stop in physically so we can assess exactly what needs to be done to price accurately. We will ask you to show us where you see the water or stain appearing so we can take a measument, this way we will know exactly where to look when up on the roof.

After we find the leak, we will come back down and show you some photos of what we saw, what the resolve is, and the cost of the repair. If you like what you hear and are ready to approve us, we can schedule you in as soon as possible!

Yes, we provide a detailed inspection and roof certification for all insurance companies for a fee which will go towards any repairs if needed for certification.

Of course! Depending on the type of repair, our warranty can range between 6mo to 3yr.

AR&R is family owned and operated and we make sure that you will always get one of the owners to show up for your estimate, so you don't have to worry about being sent a salesman who gets comission to turn a simple fix into a new roof. We do this because we want to be hands-on, seeing for ourselves what needs to be done, putting a face to the name with our clients, and giving the best price possible. 

Yes, but only some times. If you'd like a price by phone, feel free to contact us so we can discuss the issue you're having and if we can't give you a price with confidence then we can work with you and your scheule to get you an in-person estimate.

We accept checks, cash, credit cards. For residential repairs, we may accept major fund transfer applications like Zelle, Cashapp or Venmo if it’s convenient for you. All payments made come with an invoice.
